March 12 - At Sea

Today is another sea day as we cruise to the French Polynesia port of Bora Bora. The weather is great, and the waves are not too rough.

And the Oceania incompetence continues.  With five days left on the cruise, the ship is out of three types of popular beer, one type of red wine, mangos and grapefruits.  How is that even possible?

This evening’s entertainment was a return performance by the magician Leo Ward. I don’t know what happened to him in the last three days, but this show might have been one the worst I’ve seen in a long time. It was a slow and boring act with illusions that could be seen with any kids clown act. It amounted to nothing more than a personal recollection on how he got hooked on being a magician.  A total waste of time.
